Bad service

I knew from the start it was a mistake, but since vox and Vodacom are the only 2 places that have coverage in my area. i decide to go with Vox....... what a mistake. Struggling with Vumatel and Vox for over 2 weeks. Vumatels map shows that they are live, Vox say they are not live. After one hell of a struggle they are live and installation was done. AND HERE WE GO AGAIN........... The line is not active!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Between vumatel and Vox nobody knows when they will be active, Vox can't or won't follow up with vumatel i have to call them, but just keep in mind my contract is with VOX vumatel is not my problem. I have to follow up with vumatel myself everyday. Vumatel told me today that the provisioning has been done from there side called Vox and they still can't do the router part. the badest service ever..... I swear if i went with Vodacom i would have had better service. Maybe of Vox communicate and keep me up to date, but that is asking too much. AND don't try and call they don't answer the landline and the person who was very eager to do my contract is not answering Whatsapp/ emails or if you try to call her. Gatvol verby
