Bad service

After receiving confirmation from Vox that my order cannot be processed due to a active line with cell c in July. The third party services of dsl telecom activated the line two months later with out my knowledge or providing me with installation of a router. They are sending me ************ emails to say if I don't take a contact with Vox I'll have to pay for the line that was made active with out my knowledge.
