Bad Service

Poor service, I app**** for VOX fiber, only to be told it will take 14 days. I waited two weeks with no communication from them. When I instructed them to cancel my application only then they contact me. I went on to request for the application to cancelled but I still received communication today that the application is in progress. I don't want your services and please cancel application ***-T1. When you call in no one is available.
