BAD SERVICE

Good day

When I signed up for the WIFI it was never installed as promised by the consultant which I spoke to Zanele and I requested it to be cancelled and you guys sent out someone to install the router which was never used.How can I be billed R1760 for something that was never used.I will logged a complaint on Helo Peter because the service that I receive from you guys from the first to the last call was very poor.

Cancell this service with immediate effect and I am not going to pay R1760 for something that was never used.

I was never told that Telkom will be involved and no package was disclosed to me when I signed up. I was transparent from the start and I told you guys that I want a month to month contract and you guys agreed that it will be month to month.

Zanele from Telkom came but I wasn’t home but at work then another guy from Telkom came a few weeks to test the line but the router was never used.

I will not pay for something that was never used.

A FOLLOW UP EMAIL WAS SENT BUT NO ONE EVEN BOTHER TO REPLY..PATHETIC SERVICE I WOULD ADVISE PEOPLE TO NEVER USE VOX THEY DONT KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER CARE IS CONTACT NUMBER
