Bad service

Good evening hope you guys are well im willem rossouw the service is unexpected im trying now for 1week and 3 days to get hold of someone to help me thy Sent me a ups 40w the black one but it dont work and i already started paying for it im going to cancel everything i have whif vox including my fiber package and tell all my friends that they have to cancel to because u guys is service is krap and im going to hallo petter to im going to stop my debit orders and cancel voxfiber i work for vumatel and octotel and they are not so **** like u guys even webafrica is **** but thy call u back if u call them and thy email me back to so u guys must sort my ups out or u guys can come and take your router and ups i will get a better sirvice solution elsewhere u guys is really bad in helping youre clients
