Bad service

I feel I have too beg too get this company too help me , I have been trying for months for somebody too contact me or get the service they offer installed into my house , they were referred too me through a friend and honestly it has been a nightmare, maybe I must just use another provider , but I just don’t have the time or know how on how to find another one , really not happy
