Bad service! 2 weeks no refund! No email reply!

What a bad company! When it comes to taking your money, there is no problem! I got billed for a router that I thought I payed off when I did my cansellation. They sent me the invoice and the next day the money was off my acc, I called and they said "its no problem, I can just bring the router to them and they will refund me..." It has been two weeks now and I havent heard anything fron them! I sent emails and got no reply! I even called them again and asked if I will be refunded and the lady checked and said yes, and that was last week. I will probably have to call again! Wost service, won't ever recomend you to anyone.
