Bad service

Not good service at all!! Rather look for a different service provider. I moved into a new house (same area), have been with Vox for years now, now there is a R 2415 set up fee, without communicating it to me, but still using the old equipment and must do a "self" installation/set up..... and still without internet. Wonderful!!!!! Calls, emails, WhatsApp and still sitting with this headache. Please spare yourself this frustration and money.
