Bad response

Good day I’m writing this review with a very sad heart. Our wifi has been down for a week now. Every time I call or email there has been no response I am at the moment where I really am very angry because I can’t get through to anyone who’s WILLING to help me and I feel that is absolutely unacceptable. I need assistance urgently because this is unacceptable and nobody is still coming back to me. I phoned more than 11 times, no manager is willing to help me in anyway. When they do put me through to the manager, there’s no answer. Tried that for 4 times, only today I am an online teacher, haven’t been working for the past week. Calling and calling no response?? This is unacceptable so so disappointed. Is it so difficult to get through to one person??
