Bad pathetic client service

Since getting fibre to the home for just over a month now, the network as been down for more than 2 weeks. Calling their support is of no help. They tell you they will call you back till no not a single call. You send them an email no reply you got reference number its of no help . An absolute pathetic company to deal with. So sad I am locked in a contract for 12 months.
