Bad internet company

This company has bad services I had a month to month contract with them for an ADSL line , I ended up canceling my contract with them due to having no internet connection for more than 2 weeks they never refunded my money and they still deducted money from my account for the following month even after I have sent an email stating I would not like to continue with their services, they are big rogues and I suggest people not use their services from my bad experience their team of people isn't helpful full of excuses and never owning up to their faults
