Bad Internet

I time and time again was calling Vox about there internet service we got a 100/10 line and constantly we have a break in internet and you can’t even download a file or watch tv at the same time then the Vox timeout. I called them numerous times and everytime they give there service provider or somthing ellse the blame and then reboot the system???? It is really vestrating working with a internet supplier that times out the whole time. If it goes on like this i will not recomend Vox internet to any body and have to get a new internet provider.
