Bad customer service experience
On the 16 of April 2024 I paid R499.99 for LTE network that was declined on the 6 of May them on the 10 of may I requested for a refund they promised to refund me then I requested them to send an email to confirm that they will refund me they haven't sent it till today I haven't received any Wi-Fi router or refund
