Bad customer service and unreliable

Service down the drain, if you want to charged for a service and not get assistance go for VOX. Customer Service can't help you with a line that is faulty and keeps you hanging to get an answer. Phoned so many times to sort issues and still get billed full monthly service but get no service, only to have one day of service in the month. If you want to cancel then they have ten thousand excuses and charges they want to bill you, now I have been with them for three years but as time goes so does the service. Definitely not worth the time and effort if you looking for reliability. Accounts only assist you when it suits them and no response on emails send NONE! And guess what still no internet service...just great!!
