BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!
EXTREMELY FUSTRATED!!!! I have been trying to contact your customer service line for days now and my calls are constantly been cut off before anyone can look at my query. I ordered installation of a new fiber line on the 26/11/2021 Openserve was no problem came and did their installation with no problem BUT to try and get answers on when the router will be delivered and activated is another story. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS SOME SERIOUS JACKING UP!!!!!!!!!
