Bad Customer service

I have being receiving SMS from Vox forcing me to pay via debit order which I have not accepted. As I am writing this for help they are telling me that they will cancel the account and I will be liable to pay cancelation fee. When I open my account they never said that debit order in mandatory now they are threatening me I must pay via debit order because is mandatory and I don't want to pay them via debit order.

I have being sending emails to them asking why are the forcing me to do a debit order the respond is that all customers must pay via debit orders is a mandatory. As a customer am I forced to be on a debit order. BELOW IS THE SMS I JUST RECEIVED TODAY AFTER I TOLD THEM THAT I DONT WANT A DEBIT ORDER Unfortunately due to system change debit order is now mandatory for all accounts I can only proceed with retraction of the cancellation once the debit order is set up.To load a debit order, please visit the Vox website: www.vox.co.za.

I have ask them to refund me my money for April as my account is in advance with the amount of R530. With no luck when they respond to me they are not talking or advising me about the refund.

They are only theterning me that my account is pending cancellation or is canceled and I am responsible for cancellation fee.
