Bad customer service
Am furious by the poor service received at Vox Telecom which I have been following up with them multiple times and still no feedback regarding why they still wanna bill my account an additional R2 700 if a Fibre installation was not done at my old place and the advise that was provided to me, was received from their own sales people. Taking this incident further reporting it to ICASA and the Ombudsman.

Thank you for your query.
Kindly note that Vox conditionally waivers the Setup/Configuration and Installation charges for the activation of the fibre services upon sign up, on the condition that the services remain active for 12 months.
Should the service be cancelled within the 12 month period, the conditionally waivered Setup/Configuration and Installation charge is billed back to the account.
Please note that the billing is not for the Vox router, but for the Setup and Configuration of the services.
The element of the Service that is comprised of the provision of the Circuit is provided to the specific address set out in the Subscriber Agreement with a Circuit leased by Vox from a network operator. Accordingly, the provision of the Circuit is not transferrable to another premises.
Notwithstanding that the cancellation is necessitated by relocation, Vox needs to recover such costs associated with such cancellation.
