Bad Customer service
I have sent numerous emails and only received a reference number everytime.The UPS I got from them which is on a rental agreement gives me 15 minutes compared to the 3-4 hrs it used too.. I have no issues with the connection etc but the lack of common decency to respond on emails is beyond bad.I am in the process of moving my business to Afrihost or another ISP...
