BAD COMMUNICATION, BAD ACCOUNTING, IN CHARGING PEOPLE INCORRECTLY AND NOT INTERESTED TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER

Very poor organization. ACCOUNTING NOT UP TO STANDARD AT ALL!! Charging and listing or trying to list accounts, that should not even get paid. I've offered them to pay the amount outstanding as per their records, that is not even supposed to be paid, AS THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN LOOKING INTO THE MATTER OF CONCERN. I've requested proof of cancellation before I pay, but will confirm LATER TODAY, if they are interested in getting this solved at all. I need this proof today, will pay them, but do not want to EVER make use of them again, and will not promote them EVER.
