Bad communication and still without wifi

It’s been 4 days with a wifi connection and still waiting for communication only to be called by a technician who has the wrong address. This is unfortunately the second time this has happened.

It’s a week and I still have no connection and no technician has come to assist. But I must pay a full subscription for this month, this is a joke really.
