Bad client service from both VOX and Frogfoot

Its been days of pathetic service... Ive called and confirm with vox if the line was release however 12 days later my new isp advice me that frogfoot has adviced them the vox hasnt released the line when you call vox they say they have released the line and frogfoot are to blame meanwhile you out here with no internet. Why frogfoot cant deal with clients are a concern... And why they don't want to remove their line is also another issue. Emailing Frogfoot is pointless as they dont respond ...same like vox.
