Bad bad Vox!

I have had numerous problems since middle July 2024. They don't listen, they transfer you from pillar to post and no one seems to know anything! And that's when you finally reach them, which is another problem! Their customer service is so poor and it almost seems like you are bothering them when they speak to you. I have thrown tantrums, spoken calmly, e-mailed, tried whatsapp chat etc. they hardly return emails and are very very quick to throw T's and C's on the table. I regret using Vox. I wish I could change service providers, but I don't know who! I am so confused!!!!
