BAD, BAD, BAD SERVICE. **** COMPANY
**** COMPANY....I'M SOO FURIOUS AND ANGRY,I OPENED AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS COMPANY END OF FEB 2024, SALES CONSULTANT SAID 1ST MONTH ITS FREE, I WAS TOLD I WILL START PAYING END OF MARCH 2024.. ALL OF SUDDEN, VOX IS TRYING TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT. I SENT THEM AN EMAIL, THEY DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO RESPOND TO MY EMAIL. AND NOW THEY SENDING ME A MANDATE OF R529.01, HOW?? WHILST MY CONTRACT IT'S AN AMOUNT OF R29. SALES CONSULTANT SAID I WILL SART PAYING END OF MARCH AN AMOUNT OF R295, HOW DID WE GET TO R529 AND I STILL HAVE TO PAY R295 ON TOP OF THAT.
WORSE PART I GAVE BEEN CALLING THIS COMPANY ALL THIS WEEK. AND I'M TRANSFERED FROM PILLAR TO POST, NO ONE WANTS TO ASSIST. I'M NOT GONNA PAY AN AMOUNT THAT WE DIDN'T AGREE ON.
