Bad bad bad customer service

Terrible customer service. I am moving properties the property I am.moving to is fibre ready. We are a client of Vox already. They unfortunately are unwilling to help you move your fibre to your new property in stead they charge you a ridiculous ammount of almost R3000 for cancellation. EHY ARR YOU NOT TRYING TO KEEP YOUR CLIENTS!!!!!.DO NOT USE VOX!!!!
