I am disgusted and disappointed with Vox service. I tried downgrade my fibre in December and still not sorted. Your service consultant is unprofessional and impatient. I corresponding with Larno managed the only one that always respond the process is very bad . The send me e-mail ask me to accept the changer on e-mail and keep give me error Do not use Vox very bad Regards
