BAAAAD Service!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought two domains plus hosting space from VOX, since the day I bought it what a disappointment. Nothing worked and my wife have to phone 20 times a day and I send hundreds of mails to get the sites going. They just don't care, and if you asked to talk to the person that helped you he/she is out of the office. They don't know the products ( want to expand my online store as.....I can only put 3 items on the store...yes 3, send mails phone and still no one can help me ...but I must pay... I asked that I can get mobile publishing to make the sites more mobile friendly, on the site-builder it say you can but again after 3 weeks and hundreds of mails nothing..... If I knew I would have battle so much I would have chose another ISP hosting service. I dare whoever read this for VOX to go into my profile and count how many mails and phone calls we have made. I will never recommend VOX to anyone, maybe to my enemies???
