Awful Installation Service

I app**** for a new installation and for the life of me, Vox cant record the correct contact number. I had to call numerous times and each time I call Im told a different story and I have been sent from pillar to post - I had an awful experience. I cant believe that this is a telecomms company in the 21st century. The customer service and back end support is zero. today is Jan 30th and my installation is still not complete.
