Awaiting confirmation of resolution, can someone please confirm as promised!
Good day Vox,
I recieved a reply from you on the 15th of September on this platform, stating that you escalated my complaint and that you will make contact with me through your channels. I recieved a statement stating that credit notes was app****, however I am not sure whether this misunderstanding has been resolved and finalized. Can someone please make contact through your said channels indicating this.
