AVOID VOX TELECOM- RUN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION- THANK ME LATER

Quite simply, they are *****, cheats, and theives. The most unprofessional company who pass the buck on and on and take zero responsibility for anything. I made the biggest mistake of signing up with Vox, who convinced me to switch from telkom to them. Afrter the switch, they couldn't provide me with better service than telkom, in fact they managed to worsen our internet, and ended up blamming it on us and taking no responsibility and refering us to upper management (who are even more pathetic and unprofessional when it comes to customer service) This company do not know what customer service is and sold us a product under false pretences. Absolutely pathetic, the worst internet provider in Johannesburg, I would not be surprised if this bunch were rated the worst in the modern world. AVOID VOX TELECOM!! THANK ME LATER
