Avoid Vox Telecom

After sending Vox telecom notice of service cancellation, for an unused service, I received a reference number VOX***9. My request to cancel service and debit order was sent on the 4th of October 2025. This company has been deducting money from my account for a service I don't use for years and now does not react or communicate to a request for cancellation. My advise is to avoid doing business with Vox telecom.
