To anyone reading this, do NOT use Vox as an Internet Service Provider. You will deeply regret your decision. I signed up with Vox in December, and my line still has not been activated as of today. I can't reach their customer service, I cannot contact my sales representative, and I cannot even reach their sales department to cancel their services. Please take this as a warning, do not use them as an Internet Service Provider.
