Avoid VOX or drop them quickly if you are already ensnared !

VOX fibre to home service is most of the time problematic. Cannot connect to internet, dropping line etc. etc. I have a contract with this sorry crowd, but when trying to phone them for help, there is no answer or some *********** dude there that puts you on hold and cuts of a moment later. VOX Service is pathetic ! Avoid or terminate !
