AVOID VOX

Whatever you do, do not sign up with VOX. They are more than useless when you are facing technical issues. They will blame Frogfoot and Frogfoot will blame them, it goes in an endless circle. But the bottom line is they are not interested in you the customer and don't care if you have a working line or not. Your technical issues are their irritations. There are plenty of better ISP's like Cool Ideas, Home Connect, Cyber Smart & Atomic Access.
