AVOID VOX AS THEY ARE TERRIBLE

I have had nothing but issues since 2 weeks after I started using vox. I pay over R1000 per month for a 50mbps fiber line but the signal drops randomly multiple times per day. When I call them to ask for tech support they always say they have done an update and it should be working again and surprise surprise the same issue keeps occurring. When I ask them to get back to me they never ever do. I have wasted hours of my life in calls with them trying to fix this and they refuse to just send a technician out to help. I would advise anyone and everyone to avoid vox at all costs. They are lying ******* and their product as well as service is a joke. This company deserves to be sued and shut down. Absolute disgrace.
