AVOID like the plague

Please, for your own sanity and self-respect, stay as far away from these guys as humanly possible. First, when you sign up they don't tell you about the one calendar month cancellation policy - they catch you with that even if you cancel within 5 minutes of signing up. Second, they are absolutely insistent that refunding your credit card is as impossible as raising the Titanic - every man and his dog knows that's BS of the highest order. Third, when cancelling, they don't actually cancel. Fortunately I checked my bank statement and noticed that they debited for another month AFTER the end of the cancellation period. This was also a process in itself. Fourth, they are ******* hiding behind unnecessary policies. If you need a refund you have to send proof of your bank account or a statement that's been stamped by the bank - even if it's THEIR FAULT that they owe you the money they expect YOU to go through unnecessary effort to get your money back, as if your time is worth f-all. Theft, in a nutshell. Fifth, their website is a complete joke. Comparing it to Afrihost, Axxess etc. is pointless. So in summary, again - for your own sanity, STAY AS FAR AWAY from these guys as humanly possible. You deserve better.
