Avoid at all cost

To be honest I have had fairly good service from Vox but now it's like once or twice a month where we lose internet connection for up to 5 fays at a time, today I got a message for the first time since joining explaining why it's down then get one to say it's fully restored but here I am sitting with nothing and they can't even reply to my emails in a timely fashion. Really disappointed after having high hopes in the beginning. Please avoid if u can
