Atrocious customer service

Absolutely atrocious service. Stay away from Vox. We’ve been calling and calls have been dropped, they promised to deliver the router and instead we had to drive out to pick it up… we have spent hours every day on the phone. It’s so frustrating as we’ve moved from Jhb to CTN and it’s impossible without an Internet connection.
