@lantic / Voxtelecom has the utmost worst service I have ever dealt with! We have been having so much trouble with our network service, and EVERY time we call the Klerksdorp Office or the Call Centre, they do the same thing over and over again, and the problem NEVER gets fixed! and sometimes when you call either number, it is engaged! How in the world can a Call Centre number be engaged for several minutes???? I would NEVER recommend their services to anyone else! Rather use Safricom or ANY other service in North West! The people working at @lantic/ Vox Telecom are so uneducated with their own services as well, they are never on the ball of their services and when you call, they never \know"of a problem that persists. I am so fed up with these people! EVERY single week we have to struggle with them to TRY and get our email services to work. We are running a business"
