@vox @openserve worst service

We have been struggling for over 5 months to get any assistance with @Vox and @openserve. We called a numerous times, every time a new ticket is opened and literally in 1 hour they close the ticket for NO reason. We had been phoning every week and every week the same story. No one can help or send someone to check and always the same stories over and over… No upload and no download on speed test. Vox and Openserve not interested to help and sort out the problem. We have a 300mb per sec line and have been running at 20mb download and ZERO upload for 5 months now. Even had the couple of phone calls where VOX dropped the call. Absolute worst service ever from Vox and Openserve. Been with Vox since 2016, paying over R1k per month and this is the service you receive!!!!
