Ask Vox how to get up your nose!

We are all supposed to be in the same financial boat. I don't appreciate Vox Telecom telling me to make sure there are enough funds in my account to pay their account. When have I ever not paid?? After telling me this the next email is asking me to recommend them to friends and family - they think I will recommend them to friends! Like most businesses I expected them to contact me and offer either a discount or some help plan regarding payment!
