The reason for the 5 tars is not for Vox or the way they set up your wifi but these 5 stars are for the sales consultant Jayden Julius who stuck by me while I was without wifi for 3 days and without a router on day 1.

Vox would do well with employing more sales people like Jayden as well as the technician, Gavin who came out to assist.

Although the company itself needs to work on their processes these 2 employees ensured that my experience at the end was pleasant
