Ask for Heinrich for Hosting

My 5 stars are specifically for Heinrich Dourie. I (My Company) have walked a long road with VOX, but ever since Heinrich took over our account things have just run so much more smoothly. Communication gets followed up, issues are resolved, and as the customer he kept us up-to-date with whatever was happening. His patience with our technical abilities is also to be commended!
