By arranging for me to use the Grahamstown office Wi-Fi router while I awaited my fiber installation, Tersia ensured my work was never disrupted.

He consistently responded promptly to my calls and emails, addressing all my questions and concerns with clarity and efficiency. When an error occurred with a request I had made at the Grahamstown office, Tersia personally apologised, showing empathy and ensuring I felt valued as a customer.
