Appaulling service

I bought fibre through vox which came as a package , fibre , supa phone and 1 gb monthly mobile data. Firstly nobody can make any decisions as everything gets escalated at vox . My mobile data wouldnt work so for nearly 2 months i lost out on mobile data from my package untill they decided to swap the sim which resolved the problem .when i queried that they should refund me for the mobile data as it didnt work for nearly two months and if i buy mtn 1gb data it costs R160 they refused and said its free you dont pay for it. Its a package so just because you are not showing the individual price its incorporated so its not free. Its like me booking a fully inclusive holiday and when i get there they say i cant have dinner or lunch and you cant have any reduction in price because we werent charging you for that. After a few weeks of being asked to send my rica documents in which i did they cut me off saying nobody had certified my id which if someone would have looked at the document properly they would have seen it obviousely nobody does there job properly.i would not recommend them to anyone as nobody has the authority to make a desicion, everything has to be escalated. Poor poor service and they refuse to refund me for the data wich i didnt use due to them but had paid for

Good Morning Paul,

Thank you for your patience while resolving the matter. We have received feedback that one of our agents has been in contact with you.

The reason the RICA documents were declined was because there is no clear indication as to where the documents were signed at (i.e. Police Station, Post office etc.)

Please take note that the package in question is an add-on service which you are not being billed for as it’s a “perk” of the package which you have signed for. We have compensated you for the month of August 2017 that you couldn’t make use of the services in question.

Regards,

Vox
