Appauling Service !!!!

The service from VOX TELECOM is appalling. I received an email with a notice to pay for my hardware that VOX promised to collect and never arrived in July ...now I am being forced to deliver my hardware to them because apparently they came three times or called three times not sure ...all they said was attempts but on my side i have the hardware , and would have obliged as intended to hand it over .

I have sent them correspondence proving to them that i took leave and was home and asked if they can send me any proof that they came out . To date I still await feedback from their debtors department in response to my emails...

All they can do is arrange the pick again like they failed to do the first time and all will be okay , hover they have declined to do that in order for me to pay for the hardware . So now they charge me for the hardware they failed to pick up !!! If this is customer service they they clearly need to revise their objectives as I can clearly see they are not meeting them!!
