Appalling Service and behaviour

It so so frustrating that you are given Support number to call and when you call it , you are kept on hold , the phone rings and the person on the other side drop the call on your ear. This behavior is annoying to say the least. My Fibre is not working and I have no one to assist or advise what I need to do or call. I lost almost 2 hours with calls being dropped on your ear. What kind of service is this?? This is not for the first time I am experiencing this kind of behaviour/attitude from Vox. Can someone get back to me to resolve the Fibre, urgently, please!
