Appalling Service

First they told me my street wasn't live, took their competition to tell me it is, then the promised the world and after speaking to 10 people including senior managers, all promised to call me back, only one junior guy did phone me back but couldn't give me an answer. On 2 October all documents were signed and submitted. Was told a week to connect. A month later still waiting and no connection.
