Appalled by Vox

Vox don't even deserve a 1 star rating, their service across all departments is shocking. In December through to January we were without internet for about 6 weeks,, people in our household work from home and study and it cost us a fortune in mobile data, internet cafes etc. Emails of complaint were sent to their customer service and accounts departments but no communication from them what so ever!!! Then last month June we were down again for two weeks again the service was appalling with us having to chase every day to find out what was going on, costing us more money. We even asked on 3 occasions for a manager to contact us - nothing!!! And now we receive the next monthly bill from them and the price has gone up by R 270.00 - how can they even justify this!!!!! Vox is an embarrassment and I'm amazed that you can still be in business after seeing the number of complaints on here - you clearly just don't care! I'd be embarrassed to work for you
