Vox Telekom has terrible communication and terms of service, they suspend your account and make you liable to pay for services they are not rendering. Furthermore they cancel your account and charge you a massive cancellation fee ! I DEFINITELY DONNOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL! Cannot get ahold of senior management as the sales guys just sound like a broken record .. tried reinstating my account I’m being charged for services they didn’t render then they want me to re apply. Stay away
