I signed up for services with Vox and within 2 days they had the fibre line set up. I then used my own router whilst I awaited the delivery of the new router, however, ran into difficulty connecting the router. I called Vox and spoke to Sherdrin Roman who provided professional service and assisted with getting my line set up correctly. I am now up and running and very happy with the service and Wi-Fi speed.
